Christ the Redeemer (CTR) Catholic Schools is pleased to announce Ms. Kelly Ames who has accepted the position of Student Services Coordinator beginning in the fall. Christ the Redeemer Student Services is blessed to have Ms. Ames join our team as a Student Services Coordinator. Ms. Ames' experience working in five CTR schools and excellent track record give her all of the tools necessary to jump right in and provide the high level of support and leadership that our students and schools are accustomed to. Ms. Ames has a wealth of experience as a classroom teacher, three years as Kindergarten Team Leader, more than 10 years experience in a Learning Support and PUF Coordinator position, over 15 years as an Early Intervention Reading Coordinator and five years overseeing PUF programs for pre-school aged students.
Ms. Ames shared, “I am very honoured and blessed to continue my journey with my CTR family by providing support in all areas of Early Learning in an authentic Catholic educational environment. I will strive to work collaboratively with families, schools and a multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled professionals to assist children in achieving maximum development and independence within a safe and caring setting.”
Director of Student Services Rhonda Schachterle says, “Ms. Ames is an outstanding educator who has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience facilitating and leading Learning Support and PUF programs with Christ the Redeemer schools. We are thrilled to have Kelly join the team and consider ourselves fortunate to have someone with her credentials serving our students and schools.”
